I absolutely love living at Cottage Grove at Gainesville. Unlike the dorms and other apartment complexes in Gainesville, Cottage Grove is truly unique, in that it is a home and not just some standard apartment. It offers luxury living at student prices, and that was just what I was looking for. The amenities and location are simply perfect. Easy bus route to campus and 24 hour clubhouse. It was exactly what I wanted and I would readily recommend it to anyone!

I like having my own house not just any old apartment. The floor plans are huge and I don’t have to share a wall with complete strangers. I also like being able to ride my bike to campus and being close to Lake Wauburg. I plan to stay here throughout college because no on can compete with the housing style and how nice these houses are!

Cottage Grove living is so unique compared to other properties here in Gainesville. I love living here because I have great roommates, which I was matched with through Cottage Grove's Roommate Matching Service, free of charge. I also  enjoy the walking trails and nature environment that Cottage Grove provides. The tanning bed and pool are state-of-the-art and convenient to have around. The best thing about Cottage Grove is the unbeatable prices. They truly are a community that has rates that are affordable for students.

The Cottages are not your typical apartment complex, it is more of a community.  I really liked that it is a student community and it is more close-knit than an apartment complex because you will see people more than you would in a regular community.  Plus, the amenities will be great!
